Amasa Back (Day Eleven) Worm Hole

It's been a long day in the No Man's Land area of Amasa Back. For hours Tom has been walking along a sandstone wall trying to find a way through to the east side. All he's found are dead end after dead end and sandstone walls to steep to climb. He's seen hundreds of tracks of big horn and deer and numerous old cattle trails. No sign of a spring, a way down to the river, not even a pot hole with water in it. Following a little used big horn trail he hikes behind a cluster of brush and finds a narrow gulch running between two sandstone cliffs. With his spirits rising Tom can feel that his water answer is at the end of this worm hole through the sandstone wall.
