The Portal


Linny and Tom experience sunset at the Portal on their return to Base Camp.

Deadhorse Point





Linster, Dede, and Tom at Dead Horse Point. In the first picture you see where the river winds around the "Gooseneck". You'll see the same area at the beginning of Mission Impossible Two. In the second picture you can see a white dot in the very center of the screen from a reflection in the river. Base Camp is just slightly above it and to the left. In the third picture Thelma and Louise Point is the road below where it goes up to the cliff and in the background and across the river is Chicken Corner. In the 4th picture Chicken Corner is shoulder high with Dede and to the right where he stands with Linny.

All I Want For Christmas is a Gray Fox

Tom put bread out for the birds and Antelope squirrels but they wouldn't come to the porch. The Antelope squirrels would peak out of their holes and the birds stayed on the very highest branches. Last time that happen there was a badger on the porch, the time before a Ringtail cat. Who's out there this evening?
