Jax and I are making a point of visiting all the stuff we didn't get to visit the last three or so years because we were so busy here. There are still days we are waiting for check ins or have appointments in town so only have an hour here and there to go hiking so we hang on or close to the property. The beach has gotten huge going all the way out to the middle of the river in some places but it's not very far above the river. Six inches of snow melt would probably put it back under water again. Last year there was so little snow melt I think we were just missing a beach for a week or two. Right now the snow pack is just a little above last year.
