The Days

The days are cooling off, mostly 90s now and 80s are coming.

The ringtail mother who shows up every night, though we've yet to see the babies, has not been seen for ten days and as I was about to post that she was gone and probably lost to us forever by a predator, she showed up, took ten hot dogs in about ten minutes and left. She did not show up last night.
