It's Quiet

Last week Ryan was here. Said there wasn't much to do at work so he came here and spent a few days fixing up the disc golf courses. Painted the tees on all the holes, a direction marker on the baskets and built cairns where they were needed as well as cleaning up some of the tee boxes. Three more have showed up saying they don't have jobs or anything to do and they'll do work for free around here and camp far apart to not take any chances and avoid the madness.
Jax and I headed out this morning to climb Stairway to Heaven and just about there Dre called on the walkie and said he and Tammy were out hiking and would join us but somewhere the directions got messed up so we headed over towards Skinny People, got close, then I let Jax go find them and he did. We took a hike Dre hadn't seen yet and spent a little time in Geode Heaven.
Dre made it to the hospital and they gave him four pills to take to dissolve the kidney stone. He said that's what they did last time and it didn't work. He's taking the large garage and sectioning it off to make part of it his work shop to create more art.
Jax and I got about four hours hiking in today. Was wonderful.
Heather sent me this a couple weeks ago and I just found it. Some friends were visiting Dead Horse Point and took this picture of the road coming down Hurrah on the right side of the picture. You can see some of the evaporation ponds which are blue and above them a skinny slide of the river. The lodge is sitting just above the left side of the river sliver. Got to blow the picture up real big.
