Years ago while out hiking with Kobae one day we (he) found some arrowhead flakes and a whole workshop area from hundreds of years ago. Kobae always seemed to pick what I thought were the most boring places to hike to and the most boring route to get there but from his view, six inches off the ground, who knows what he was thinking or what he saw. Then I realized we almost always found something of interest on his hikes because I hadn't done them before because they looked so boring. That was my goal Saturday morning. Take the path that looked the most boring because I probably hadn't been there before and it paid off with some nice morning shots.
