Cliff Hanger, Jackson Ladder, and Jackson Hole

Grandson Thomas had some Base Camp errands to do and load up on food. I ask him to drop Jax and I off just past the end of the pavement at the downhill beginning of Cliff Hanger and we'd hike back. Ten or so plus miles.

For the first two hours of uphill we saw one set of footprints and one track of bicycle. It was 50 degrees. I thought there would have been more people up there but that was it. At the top we merged with the Capt Ahab bicycle trails.

When we got to the top we could see Jackson Butte, Jackson Hole, Jackson Ladder, towards the lodge and the Pot Ash Plant. We're making pretty good time. We still had a little over one canteen left at the top of Jackson Ladder.
