River is Rising

I don't know how it's rising. Everyone that comes to stay here that drove through the mountains says there isn't any snow up there and looking at the snow pack readings online it's the lowest of the last ten years. The river is the second lowest I've seen it in 20 years. I don't suspect it will be rising for long. Four days ago the beach was 100 feet long and 50 plus feet wide. Today it is gone.
