The Battle Winds Down

For a couple years the ravens have been getting together in fours and killing the hawks. On Thursday Kobae and I are out hiking in the canyons and I found the remains of another hawk. I think I'm down to two. At the feeding areas (Breakfast at Tiffany's #1, #2, and #3 I haven't seen a hawk checking them out in six months probably. They're more concerned apparently with their own survival as the ravens hang out here more and more.
