Surrounded by the Amasa Back, Hurrah Pass, Anticline, and Dead Horse Point and with the Colorado River running alongside, you’ve discovered Base Camp. A one of a kind wilderness lodge.
Each year before returning Kobae to San Diego for the winter I walk him around on the main street downtown with our friend Michele. Kobae visits a few of the shops and has a whole bunch of people following him around. Shop owners seem to like him to come into their store as he brings about 20 people with him, though he does eat some stuff, knock over an occasional shelf, and take a monster dump on the sidewalk occasionally, but other than that.....it's all good. Anita, visiting from a foreign land, I'm sorry Anita I don't remember which one took a liking to Kobae and followed us for awhile taking pictures of Kobae and sent these to me today.
