Lariat

Bill was the go to guy around here ten plus years ago and when we were both introduced to the spot where the cowboy passed Bill drove into town, bought a lariat and put it around the makeshift headstone. Class act all around. He moved on to Hawaii after that but I think that's his rope. Pretty cool that all these years later when somebody went out there and classed up the site Bill's rope is still there.
