Time of the Dinosaurs
Another day of discovery on Base Camp. In a broken off, undercut, slab of Upper Hermosa marine core sediment Tom finds invertebrate tracks, two to three inches long, made over 100 million years ago. The key will be to return with brushes and sweep them out to see if they have multiple toed feet. Dinosaur tracks have three toes.
