Though the tortoise books all say Sulcata's struggle at about 55 degrees or below, Kobae set out the door this morning in 42 degree weather. Tom told Bill he had seen Kobae shut down on 55 degree days and he'd be right back. Bill called two hours later two miles away. Tom took the next seven hour shift and probably another four or five miles and some incredible rock formations while Kobae followed a Big Horn trail.
