Surrounded by the Amasa Back, Hurrah Pass, Anticline, and Dead Horse Point and with the Colorado River running alongside, you’ve discovered Base Camp. A one of a kind wilderness lodge.
Kobae, Chewey, and Tom climb Hurrah. Leaving the lodge at 9am they reached the summit at 3:30pm. Three and a half miles in six and a half hours. Kobae, is the man. He took one 15 minute break.
If you took out all the diversions to go investigate stuff and to walk over and look over the cliff twenty times and of course eating everything on both sides of the road, we could have done it in five hours.
