At some point the last few days Jax injured his right front foot while out hiking. Today on our way back from the Wind Caves he began limping so I reached down and picked him up. I'd carried him about half a mile when we ran across three cows out wandering around. Jax started squirming around and jumped out of my arms taking off for the cows.
