Surrounded by the Amasa Back, Hurrah Pass, Anticline, and Dead Horse Point and with the Colorado River running alongside, you’ve discovered Base Camp. A one of a kind wilderness lodge.
You can't get in individually without setting through a movie and getting a pass. Too easy to get lost. They have tours each day and that's what I went on. I really enjoyed it. Was about three hours. Did six miles hiking arches the first day and twelve the second. I thought it would be the highlight of the month and then got back to the lodge and it was all eclipsed the same night by the bad guy.
That looks great! How was it? I read somewhere this trail was for experienced hikers. You think we are experienced enough yet?
