Tuesday Evening Hike

This evening Jax and I returned to the road out to Jackson Hole where the Jackson family raised cattle a long, long, time ago. A month or so ago we found a spear head and a scraper next to each other and though I'd been out there once since with guests it wasn't a very organized search. Today we spend two and a half hours and though we found some arrowhead flakes we didn't find anything of significance in that regard. I always see mule deer out there but could never figure out where they lived but I did find a small little canyon that ended in a bushy-grassy area and lots of tracks and scat as well as all the bushes that were head high for mule deer were missing their leaves. Pretty obvious they've spent considerable time there.
