Hope the badger is no longer a problem lol

It's amazing but the badger plan worked. Sealed him up in there, took him three days to tunnel out and he's never gone back in again or not even any tracks around Kobae's house. Kobae got out of the truck and came inside the lodge, pushed a bunch of buckets and stuff out of the way and went to sleep in the laundry room.

All is right with world. Welcome home Kobae. I suspect Tom is glad to be back also. When is Linny making the picture complete?

That's scary. I almost titled the post All Is Right With The World and then I thought that's not true cause Linny's not here yet. Kobae went down in his house this evening, stuck his head in the tunnel, apparently smelling the past smell of the badger, turned around and charged across the yard and into the laundry room where I hear him snoring as I type.

He may be a permanent laundry room resident. Oh excuse me, the Kobae Room.

I've been down in his house for the last two hours with a shovel reaching as far back there as I can pulling all the old dirt out and so far the only thing I've found is Kobae crap from last year. I crawled through the house and into the tunnel four or five feet to where it turns and I could see another 20 or 30 feet back and then it drops off. Looks same as last year. I was hoping I wouldn't find anything in there that the badger dragged in there and ate and I didn't. I've got the roof door of his house open letting it air out but we have 35 to 65 mph winds coming so won't be open too long. I think he'll try it again and he should be ok this time.
