The only poisonous snake we have is the Midget Faded Rattlesnake. Rattles loud when you get close and runs from conflict. If you have to have a rattlesnake, Midget Faded is the one you want but this isn't him.

Not real happy with you disturbing its nap in the sun. Long sucker and colorful. Looks poisonous.
