The Wind
Weather forecast said 5 to 10 mph winds. Yet, everything Tom sets on the front porch for Kobae to eat, lettuce, apple, cucumber......gets blown away. Solution found.
Let's see, according to your weather people, if the state patrol says I am going 50 mph, I am really only going 5 to 10 mph. Works for me! Just not on your road!
